Find recommendations for San Francisco Airport Hotels including the Westin San Francisco, the Marriott San Francisco and more.
This section also includes some options that are more budget friendly including the Quality Suites San Francisco airport and the Red Roof Inn San Francisco.
Let’s start with one of the favorite San Francisco airport hotels, the Westin San Francisco airport. This hotel has modern amenities and a great location for those needing to stay close to the airport.
The hotel offers free airport shuttles, an up-to-date fitness center with a number of different cardio equipment options and an indoor lap pool. The hotel also has high speed internet access throughout the facility.
It’s a large hotel with 393 rooms. They all have flat screen TVs, luxurious bedding and relaxing bathroom amenities. The entire hotel is also soundproofed, so you won’t have to worry about the noise from the near-by airport.
The room service and the business center are both available 24 hours a day. If you want to step out for a meal, Alfiere is an on-site restaurant that serves both breakfast and dinner. The lounge bar is also open all day and it features items off the restaurant menu.
The hotel accepts pets. Rates for the hotel range from around $140 to around $260+, although they vary based on the time of year you are visiting.
Another one of the popular San Francisco airport hotels is the Marriott San Francisco airport. This hotel is located right along the San Francisco Bay waterfront.
This hotel services both business guests and vacationers. Since it’s a little off the beaten path, I’d recommend it more for those traveling here for business.
The hotel has a relaxing outdoor courtyard with a pool and spa tub. It also offers free airport shuttles and complimentary wireless internet access in public areas. The business center and the fitness center are both open 24 hours a day.
The Marriott is a large hotel with 476 rooms. It’s also soundproofed, so you don’t have to worry about hearing the planes fly overhead all day long.
The rooms feature comfy linens, beds and aromatherapy bath products for all guests to use. Each room also has a desk and free wireless internet access.
For breakfast, lunch or dinner, check out the on-site restaurant call California Grills. It features fresh California cuisine. The hotel also has a small café in the lobby that serves Starbucks coffee and is open most of the day.
Rates for the Marriott vary by season but range from around $120 to around $250 a night.
If you are looking for one of the more budget friendly San Francisco airport hotels, then the Clarion Hotel San Francisco airport is a great choice. It’s just a couple of miles from the airport.
The Clarion features a large outdoor pool and spa tub for you to relax in after a long day at work or play. It also has a recently renovated fitness center, a business center and wireless access throughout the facility.
The hotel has 251 rooms, offers free shuttle service and accepts pets.
The on-site restaurant, the Bayside Bar and Grill, is open for breakfast and dinner every day. It serves up American cuisine including seafood and pasta dishes.
Rates for this hotel vary based on the time of year you are visiting. They range from around $59 to just under $100 a night.
Another more budget friendly San Francisco airport hotels option is the Quality Suites San Francisco airport. It is located just one mile from the airport.
It’s a pretty standard and basic hotel, but offers a few amenities. There is a free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes, a small complimentary breakfast each morning and a small fitness center with a spa tub.
It’s located right in Millbrae near the BART/Caltrain station which makes it easy to head into San Francisco for the day.
The Quality Inn has 86 two room suites. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker.
The rates start at around $85 and go up to around $150 a night depending on the time of year you are visiting.
The Red Roof Inn San Francisco is the most budget friendly airport hotel I’d recommend for you. It’s just three miles from SFO and has a free airport shuttle.
It does not have a lot of amenities, but is clean and centrally located. It has an outdoor heated pool that is available to guests during most of the year. Anyone staying at the hotel can also access the fitness center in the hotel next to the Red Roof Inn.
The hotel also has complimentary wireless internet access and free coffee service in the lobby. The American cuisine restaurant located on-site is open 24 hours a day. The hotel does accept pets.
The hotel rates start at around $60 and range up to around $80 a night. The rates can vary based on the dates and times of your trip.
